    "Adopt An Artifact: COINS LEVEL" The treasure laden Spanish galleon, Nuestra Senora de Atocha, sank in the Florida Straits in 1622 while en route to Spain. Its treasures, including 200,000 silver coins, lay at the bottom of the sea until discovered by Mel Fisher in 1985.
